A Major Milestone: Golf Club Piešťany – estd 1914 Joins the SKGA!
Golf Club Piešťany – estd 1914 officially became a member of the Slovak Golf Association (SKGA) on 25 March 2026. The club regards this as a significant milestone in its development and a recognition of the entire team's hard work. "We are very proud of our whole team and believe this season will be a springboard on the road to becoming the quality golf club that the town of Piešťany and its sports enthusiasts deserve," says Jozef Bardík, Club President.
Joining the SKGA brings several organisational changes. Memberships valid for 2025 expired on 31 March 2026. If you hold a valid 2026 membership, you will subsequently be registered in the SKGA system under Golf Club Piešťany – estd 1914. In the coming days, members will receive a "Request to grant access to SKGA data", which must be approved so that we can administer your membership.
Thank you to all club members for your support, and a special thank you to everyone who donated 2% of their tax to the club – we greatly appreciate your support and interest in the club's activities. All funds from the 2% scheme go towards youth development and improving the club's technical facilities.
